U.S. Open, Big Dawg Finals Underway

The 23rd Nautique U.S. Open of Water Skiing, presented by Roger Dean Chevrolet, and the 2016 Nautique Big Dawg World Slalom Tour Finals, presented by O’Brien, got underway Friday at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach, Fla. The prelims of men’s tricks will start at 8 a.m. and the prelims of women’s jumping will start at 9 a.m., followed by men’s jumping. Depending on the weather forecast, the second round of qualifying for the Big Dawg Finals will start at 7:30 a.m., or the Sweet 16 (based on round one scores) will commence at 8:30 a.m. Live scoring of both events can be viewed at www.waterskiresults.com and a live webcast of the finals will be available at www.nautique.com.
