- Individual Active (25 and Older) - $70
- Under 25 Active - $40
- Individual Supporting - $35
Family Memberships
- Family Active Head of Household - $75
- Family Supporting Head of Household - $45
Foreign Memberships
- Foreign Active - $75
- Foreign Federation Active (insurance only) - $40
- Foreign Supporting - $40
Beginning Jan. 1, 2008, memberships expire one
year from date of issue.
