The Water Skiers with Disabilities Association has announced the selections to the 2009 U.S. Disabled Water Ski Team. The team, which will compete in the 2009 Disabled Water Ski World Championships, was chosen following the conclusion of the 2008 Disabled Water Ski National Championships in DuQuoin, Ill.

WSDA Announces Level 1 Program

The Water Skiers with Disabilities Association, a sport discipline of USA Water Ski, has released the Level 1 Adaptive Water Ski Certification Program, which includes a comprehensive manual and testing materials. The manual is intended to introduce adapted water skiing equipment and teaching progressions to persons of all interests and levels of water skiing ability.
